Choir boys sing for Wooden Spoon Charity outside Richmond Station

Pupils at the Falcons Preparatory School for Boys brought Christmas spirit to Richmond on Wednesday 6 December in aid of charity.

The school choir entertained commuters and passers-by with stunning renditions of seasonal songs outside the busy Richmond train station, in a bid to raise much-needed funds for a worthy national cause.

During the choral service, the talented group of 60 boys from the school raised a grand total of £1400 for the Wooden Spoon charity, voted for by parents as a charity to support.

Inspired by the roots of rugby, the Wooden Spoon charity seeks to fund around 70 projects each year, supporting disadvantaged and disabled children.
