Welcome Welcome to the Falcons Preparatory Prospectus. The Falcons is an independent day school for boys between the ages of 3 13 years based on two sites within ten minutes of each other in Chiswick and Richmond. This prospectus outlines the facilities, ethos and environment of our Preparatory Department based at our Richmond site, which welcomes boys aged 7 13 years 3 8. Our aim is to attract preparatory aged boys with allround drive, from a range of schools and to build robust foundations

History I enjoy all the school trips. The residentials are the best. The Falcons School for boys opened its preparatory department in 2009 with 3 classes. The site was originally a tram station in Victorian times, then a fire station and more recently an art college. Our very successful Nursery and Pre Prep in Burnaby Gardens Chiswick provided the bulk of our first boys but since then we have also recruited many pupils directly into Year 3 and above as well as continuing to receive boys moving

The school prides itself on excellent teaching staff who are focused on making their subjects exciting, challenging and accessible. The boys are taught in sets for Maths and English from Year 4 as this is the best way to meet their individual needs in these subject areas. Our excellent location and wellequipped sports hall affords a great opportunity for a comprehensive sporting programme. Richmond Athletic Club, Old Deer Park, Pools on the Park, two sets of tennis courts and a golf club are on our doorstep, so we are indeed spoilt for facilities. Our location allows more time for playing
