Early morning rugby sessions
8am training sessions will commence the week starting January 30th. There have been a few changes to the arrangements that we’ve done before so PLEASE read the timetable carefully. Although this is by no means compulsory it would be of benefit to the boys. The sessions all start at 8am and we are to meet AT the cage ready with PE kit on and mouth guard. The boys need to organize this the night before as they should not be going into the school at this time. At this point there will not be any Year 3 training until towards the end of term where all Year 3 will be invited and we can then look at the contact side of rugby.
Because of the limited space in the cage these sessions are limited to the Falcons Blues squads only.
Wednesday – Years 4, 5 & 6 Blues backs
Thursday – Years 4, 5 & 6 Blues forwards
