Latin & Classics

From Year 5 onwards boys will be taught classical studies, including The Greek Myths. The study of Latin is still very much part of the boys' Common Entrance syllabus and planned visits to Fishbourne and The British Museum will enhance the subject. The study of Latin helps boys understand their own language, in addition to helping provide a grammatical base from which to study all subjects.
